0th bit/Everdrive forums aren't fully working due to wrong id's from importer. (fixing just takes time) 0th bit posts will be added. Only major issue is the importer copied html/classes which show so need to find a way to strip/convert. this was caused from converting html rips back to SQL. This archive doesn't contain emails/private messages/ip's as we could only convert what google could see/crawl.

PlayStation 2 Slim using DVD-Videos not games - laser lens health

I have some board games that use DVD with interactive menus and I want to use the PlayStation 2 to play them (I have some spare consoles; I don't have a DVD Player that small like the PlayStation 2 and I don't want to buy one).
From your point of view, how much the laser lens are used when playing DVD compared to playing PlayStation 2 games?

Thanks!

I would just get a small DVD player from a thrift store. I see them all the time. There’s really no reason to use a PS2 for playing DVDs, especially if laser usage is a concern.
